Step By Step Guide:

• Create a new Gmail Account 
• Log in to Youtube and create a channel
• Change country of your Youtube account from Pakistan to United States or United Kingdom (Watch the video tutorial below if you dont know who to change a country of youtube account? )
• Go to video manager and click on advanced button
• A new window will open showing some settings click on Monetisation 
• Then click on Enable to enble it
• After enabling refresh youtube then again go to video manager < advanced < monetisation and click on How Will I Be Paid? When you will click on it you will see an option ''Associate a Google Adsense Account'' click on it
• After clicking you will be redirected to google to create an adsense account
• Click ''Proceed to google account sign in''
• Fill the adsense form correctly with desired details:
• Payee Name: ''Name of person who will receive adsense payment (Should be 18+)'' Account Type: Select Individual Country/City: ''Fill yours'' Postal Code: ''Every city has its own postal code Check it out from Google for example country code of Multan: 6000'' 
• Click on Submit application and you are done
• Now after 5 minutes upload a video to youtube make sure that it is unique if you cannot find that take a video from webcam of 5 ssconds or more.Dont take much tension because robots handle youtube.
• Congratulations! You have successfully created an adsense account!

After one hour you will receive email regarding status of your account.If you dont receive it go to google.com/adsense and login there your account will be fully activated.The adsense created from this process is only for youtube.You cannot use it on blogs with sub-domain .blogspot.com If you want adsense for your website then your site must comply with google adsense policies: Google Adsense Policy You can further upgrade your google adsense hosted account to non-hosted account? Dont know the difference between hosted and non-hosted account? Hosted account allows you to use it on host-partner sites such as youtube and .blogspot while a non-hosted account allows you to monetise content you create on your own website.In simple words you can use hosted account on youtube and non-hosted account on website.
